Help Needed

We are in need of the following for our HFPE classes:

1) A sister willing to host Friendship Night on Friday, August 6th at 7pm. The only thing you need to provide is a place to meet.

2) A sister willing to host or coordinate Playgroup once a month. Date/time are flexible depending on who can help out. Place is also flexible and can be a home or park (while we can enjoy the beautiful weather outside).

3) Since Flavia is getting married, we're in need of a sister willing to instruct Beginning Spanish class starting in September. Date/time/location are flexible. Gracias, Flavia, for your time and talents in teaching us how to converse in Espanol!

If you would be willing and available to help in any of the above areas, please contact me or any member of the HFPE committee. Thank you!

What Do You Think?

Word is...the Photography Class was a great success! Thanks, Catherine, for your time and expertise! Thus, we're considering having Photography Part II maybe sometime in early September to not only reinforce the skills we learned, but practice those skills in a beautiful location. If this is something you might be interested in attending, share your opinion on our blog survey or leave a comment. You can also email me or contact any member of the HFPE Committee.

We strive to offer activities and classes that are meaningful, helpful, practical, and enriching. Please feel free to share your ideas for future activities and classes. Thank you for your support and feedback!

Happy Belated Pioneer Day!

July 24, 2009...I hope everyone enjoyed celebrations with family and friends in remembering our dear pioneer ancestors and the sacrifices they made which continue to bless our lives. We also are grateful for our modern-day pioneers who, in different ways, bless our lives and inspire us to greater heights!
