Autumn Greetings, Sisters!
We are well into autumn and seeing the seasonal effects all around: colorful leaves, cooler weather (and even some snow!), comfort foods, and holiday traditions. In keeping with ways to enjoy and celebrate this fun and festive time of year, we have an assortment of activities/classes this month. We'd love to see you and your friends/neighbors at one or many of them!
If you have ideas for a class/activity you'd like to participate, please feel free to let one of the Relief Society Meetings Committee know. We're always open to new ideas that support our sisters!
Tuesday, Nov. 3rd - "Made for You With Love" class will be making "Family Tree Shadow Boxes" @ 7pm @ the ward building. Haley will be teaching us how to make these beautiful displays to preserve family memories. Please bring a shadow box (40% off coupons in Sunday newspaper/supplements for Robert's and Michael's) and family photos. All other supplies provided.

She will give a basic review and share new ideas (for those who attended the first class). This is especially applicable with holiday photo opportunities around the corner. (*Please note: Due to our Quarterly Activity, we will not have a "Food for Thought, Sharing, and Eating" class in December.) - CANCELLED due to illnesses.
Wednesday, Nov. 18th - Book Club @ 7pm @ Kathy's home. Book is, "A Guide to the Birds of East Africa" by Nicolas Draysen. It's a fun, quick read much in the same style as "The Number One Ladies' Detective Agency." Click here for a mini-review and Q&A with the author. - POSTPONED - until December.
