Ward Temple Night in Place of Yoga This Week

Yoga will be cancelled this coming Thursday, October 1st, due to Ward Temple Night.  We encourage you to attend and feel the peace and strength that comes from visiting the House of the Lord.  What a wonderful way to prepare for this week's General Conference. 

Meet at the Salt Lake Temple for the 7pm session.

Yoga will resume at Lynette, Julie, and Lisa's home next Thursday at 7pm.
